The Permanent Secretary/Secretary to the Judiciary, Dr Pius Bigirimana, inspected the appellate courts superstructures at the Judiciary headquarters to assess the progress of the finishing touches.

The PS/SJ, who was accompanied by the Commissioner Engineering and Technical Services, Eng Dr Christopher Ebal, stressed the need to complete the project within stipulated timelines.

The inspection started with the Supreme Court superstructure where the Court's Registrar, HW Harriet Ssali was taken on a guided tour of the premises including the chambers and court halls.

The contractor was commended for the overall quality of the work done.

From the Supreme Court premises, the PS/SJ moved to the Court of Appeal for inspection and promised to check on the status of both structures.
